Audit and Assurance Services
Our assurance services include Statutory audit, Tax audit, GSTaudits,and Investigations. Our Assurance assignments are conducted in accordance with the engagement standards issued by the ICAI. Our Audit Methodology is based on the Auditing Standards issued by the ICAI which are converged with the International Auditing Standards. As part of such audit assignments, we assess the adequacy of internal controls and our audit findings reflect suggestions for improvement of such controls. We also assist in the conversion of accounts in accordance with IFRS/ Ind-AS. We offer the following Assurance services:
- Statutory Audits: A statutory audit is a legally required review of the accuracy of a company's or government's financial records. The purpose of a statutory audit is to determine whether an organization is providing a fair and accurate representation of its financial position by examining the financial transactions and information maintained by the organization in its books of accounts.
- Audit under Income Tax: Every Organization whose turnover exceeds the limit prescribed under Section 44AB is required to be audited under Income Tax Law from income tax viewpoint such as income, deductions, compliance with income tax law etc. Tax audit makes the income computation for filing the return easy.
Further, in case of Religious or Charitable Trust registered under section 12 AA, where the total income of the trust before allowing exemption u/s 11 & 12 exceeds the maximum amount not chargeable to tax, then accounts of the trust should be audited. - GST Audits: Every registered person whose turnover exceeds during the financial year exceeds the prescribed limit shall get it accounts audited under Goods & Service Tax Law.
- Special Audits and Investigations: The objective such audit is to critically review the operations at various levels of the management to ensure flawless process and effective control.
